The platform accessible at bharathverify.com, including its website, mobile site, and mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform"), is owned and operated by ARKAI Solutions Pvt Ltd, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956, having its registered office at 8/2, Novel Office Centre, Halasuru Road, Bangalore - 560042, Karnataka, India (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform Owner", "we", "us", or "our").

Payments on the Platform are processed using a payment gateway account registered with the mobile number 8197230675. This number is used solely for payment gateway registration and transaction processing purposes and does not represent platform ownership, customer support contact, or identity of the Platform Owner.

Your access to, browsing of, or use of the Platform and its services constitutes your agreement to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable policies incorporated herein by reference. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ARKAI Solutions Pvt Ltd. Any additional or conflicting terms proposed by you are expressly rejected. These Terms may be modified at any time without prior notice, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically.

For the purposes of these Terms, "you", "your", or "user" refers to any natural or legal person using the Platform.

The Platform and its services are provided on an "as-is" basis. ARKAI Solutions Pvt Ltd makes no warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, performance, or suitability of the information or services provided. Your use of the Platform is entirely at your own risk.

All content on the Platform, including design, layout, graphics, and software, is proprietary to ARKAI Solutions Pvt Ltd. No intellectual property rights are transferred to users. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites. Such websites are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and ARKAI Solutions Pvt Ltd is not responsible for their practices.

Initiating a transaction for services on the Platform constitutes a legally binding and enforceable contract between you and ARKAI Solutions Pvt Ltd.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ARKAI Solutions Pvt Ltd, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, penalties, or damages arising from your breach of these Terms, violation of laws, or infringement of third-party rights.

The Platform Owner shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond reasonable control, including force majeure events.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Courts located in Bangalore, Karnataka, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
